It’s baaaaaack!

MN Ag EXPO 2014 is set to take place on Jan. 8-9 at the Verizon Wireless Center in Mankato and promises to be bigger and better than ever. Every year, Minnesota’s corn and soybean farmers come together for two days of valuable networking, educational opportunities, and yes, even a little bit of fun.

This year’s trade show will feature more than 80 exhibitors displaying products and information that can make you a better farmer. The best and the brightest in agriculture research will be on hand to highlight their latest projects that cover everything from increasing yields to improving environmental stewardship.

Panel discussions will bring you up to speed on the latest developments with the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), ag exports, water quality, farming technology and other ag policy happenings.

Have you dragged your feet in telling the Environmental Protection Agency to leave the RFS alone? Don’t worry, the Corn Growers will have letters to sign, seal and send right from EXPO.

The annual Minnesota Corn Growers Association and Minnesota Soybean Growers Association meetings kicks off the event on Jan. 8. An awards banquet, silent and live auction and entertainment will close the two-day event on Jan. 9.
