Lori Feltis, Dale Sunderman and Connie Mulder are the 2015 inductees into the MCGA Recruiter Hall of Fame.

The Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA) has announced three inductees for the 2015 MCGA Recruiter Hall of Fame class.

Lori Feltis, Olmsted County; Dale Sunderman, LeSueur Coutny; and Connie Mulder, Renville County will be inducted and honored, along with the five inductees from last year’s inaugural class, at MCGA’s annual meeting on Jan. 28 in Mankato.

“MCGA has been able to hit every membership milestone its set out to achieve in recent years and the efforts of these hall-of-fame recruiters is a major reason why,” said Bruce Peterson, a farmer in Northfield and MCGA President. “Our grassroots members help us provide a strong, unified voice for all Minnesota corn farmers.”

Feltis farms in Stewartville and has recruited 433 MCGA members. She previously served on the Minnesota Corn Research & Promotion Council.

Sunderman, who farms in Le Sueur, has recruited 381 members.

Mulder farms with her husband Gerald in Renville and has recruited 333 members.

Nominees for the MCGA Recruiter Hall of Fame must have recruited over 300 members and been an active recruiter for at least five years. MCGA’s Producer Services team selected inductees via secret ballot.

Each inductee receives $500 cash, an MCGA Hall of Fame jacket and a plaque.

With 7,186 members, MCGA works to identify and promote opportunities for corn farmers while enhancing quality of life. To join MCGA, or learn more about the work MCGA does on behalf of Minnesota’s corn farmers, visit www.mncorn.org.
