“We have a very special two days planned,” says Missy Gilbertson, member and services senior manager for Minnesota Corn Growers Association.
“I’m really excited about our panel sessions on Thursday afternoon,” Gilbertson says. “They should spark some great discussion and will be an opportunity for audience members to get involved in the conversation.”
The panel discussions will be led by Lynn Kettelsen of the Linder Farm Network and Don Wick of the Red River Farm Network. The first panel will cover how farmers can become better advocates for agriculture and the second panel will focus on the future of agriculture policy in Minnesota.
Also, the tradeshow has expanded from a single day, to a two-day event this year. The exhibit hall will be open from 2-6 p.m. on Wednesday, and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Thursday. More information, including a full schedule of events, speaker bios, trade show exhibitors and more can be found at www.mnagexpo.com.
