Minnesota Corn Open Street debut delayed

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Maizey along with the TC Road Crew were unfortunately rained out during Sunday’s Open Streets Downtown, which was hit by a severe thunderstorm preventing the group from setting up over the weekend. Thankfully, the event was the first of three Open Streets that will be attended by the group representing Minnesota Corn.

Open Streets are held throughout the Twin Cities during the summer months as a way to bring together community groups and local businesses on a temporarily closed street. If you missed Maizey on Sunday, Minnesota Corn will also be represented at Open Streets Lake + Minnehaha on July 23 and Open Streets Northeast on Aug. 6.

At both events the Road Crew will facilitate corn toss, word finds, a trivia wheel and much more. Maizey will be sure to join in on the fun sharing her dance moves and crazy antics. Safe to say there will be no shortage of smiles around the TC Road Crew tent.

Non-corn highlights from the June 11 event can be found here. To see where the Twin Cities Road Crew will be next check out their Facebook page.
