As part of its season-long partnership with the Minnesota United FC, the Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA) partnered with the Twin Cities Major League Soccer team for a sweepstakes that asks fans to choose their favorite moment from the team’s inaugural season. One lucky fan will receive a ticket package for four to next season’s home opener.
On Monday, the Minnesota United social media accounts will post a video of the best moments from the season that will announce the sweepstakes by MCGA. Throughout the week, the team will be posting videos of each moment asking fans to vote for their favorite at mnufc.com/promotions. Each social post will include MCGA’s social media handle as a partner in the promotion.
Fans will have through Oct. 30 to vote for their favorite highlight. At the end of that period, one voting fan will be selected randomly to win the prize package to Minnesota United’s 2018 home opener. The winner will receive four tickets to the opening game at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, as well as sideline passes to watch warmups from the field prior to the game.
MCGA partnered with the Minnesota United to share the conservation efforts of Minnesota’s corn farmers. The season-long partnership is an opportunity to reach a young, engaged audience and includes in-stadium signage, TV advertisements and other promotions.
