DESCRIPTION:The annual Field Fest celebrates the harvest at the Farm with a family-friendly festival! Enjoy plant-to-plate cooking demonstrations in the new Myers Education Center Kitchen Classroom\, take part in informative crop\, orchard and garden tours\, and participate in a scavenger hunt\, interactive games and educational exhibits. Dig into the dirt to harvest sugar beets or try the hands-on activities in the Family Tent. Check out a variety of food trucks and a beer garden. Free parking on site. \nThe “hearth” of the Farm will be in the spotlight. Visit the state-of-the-art Myers Education Center Kitchen Classroom for baking demonstrations and tastings. Presented by KWS Seeds\, the seed to sugar story will come to life when guests can taste the harvest\, learn about Minnesota sugar beets and take home their own sweet treat! \n\n\nHarvest the biggest sugar beet and win a Yeti cooler with Farm at the Arb swag! \n\n\nMeet Minnesota food growers and producers and learn about their work \n\n\nWatch bee hive demonstrations with resident beekeeper\, Ping Honzay \n\n\nSee presentations from the Minnesota Hobby Beekeepers Association \n\n\nEnjoy live music with Aces and 88’s Dueling Pianos at the Summer Kitchen (11 a.m.-3 p.m.) \n\n\nBrowse our colorful Arboretum Pop-Up Gift Shop in the iconic Red Barn \n\n\nCelebrate farming with fun activities for all ages!

Celebrate Food and Ag Day at Huntington Bank Stadium will put the spotlight on this aspect of Minnesota!\n\nA big thank you to our partners that contributed to the success of Celebrate Ag and Food Day.
