Prior to that time\, Thiesse\nserved as an Extension Educator in farm management\nand marketing with the University of Minnesota (U of M)\nExtension Service. He has both a masters and bachelor’s\ndegree in agriculture from the U of M. He writes a weekly\ncolumn titled “FOCUS ON AG” that’s distributed to Midwest\nagriculture publications\, websites and to a weekly e-mail\nlist. He is also a frequent speaker on farm management\ntopics\, and serves as the coordinator for the feature forums\nat FARMFEST each year. \n  \nMower annual postcard
