Raised on a farm near West Bend\,\nIowa\, he holds a public relations degree from the University of Northern\nIowa and a Supervisory Leadership Certificate from Drake University. Aaron\nhas promoted U.S. soy around the world and is the author of two books\nfocused on leadership and the people business. He and his wife\, Crystal\, live\nin Waukee with their three children.
