Starting as a business selling\nhomegrown produce out of the back of a truck\, evolved\ninto Pahl’s Market. As business grew\, Paul’s Market built\na pole building in the early 1980s and later built their\nfirst greenhouse in 1996. Starting as a business selling\nhomegrown produce out of the back of a truck\, evolved\ninto Pahl’s Market. As business grew\, Paul’s Market built\na pole building in the early 1980s and later built their\nfirst greenhouse in 1996. Prior to that time\, Thiesse\nserved as an Extension Educator in farm management\nand marketing with the University of Minnesota (U of M)\nExtension Service. He has both a masters and bachelor’s\ndegree in agriculture from the U of M. He writes a weekly\ncolumn titled “FOCUS ON AG” that’s distributed to Midwest\nagriculture publications\, websites and to a weekly e-mail\nlist.
