The Minnesota State Fair may have wrapped up on Labor Day weekend, but fans can relive the “Great Minnesota Get-Together” from the 4-H perspective with “Minnesota 4-H: Growing True Leaders.”

Sponsored by the Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA), “Minnesota 4-H: Growing True Leaders” showcases Minnesota 4-H’ers demonstrating what they have learned through local clubs. The program aired on Pioneer Public Television earlier this month during National 4-H Week and can be viewed online here.

The nearly 30-minute show talks with current members about their accomplishments throughout the year and at the State Fair, and also speaks with alumni and volunteers about the impact 4-H has had in their lives.

The show is filmed annually from the State Fair, which brings 4-H members from across the state together to showcase hands-on projects in areas such as agriculture, science, health and wellness, citizenship and the arts.

MCGA has long supported a number of 4-H initiatives, including the annual Science of Ag Challenge and recently developed Polymers program, to help develop future leaders in agriculture and beyond.
