MN Ag EXPO goes virtual for 2021

Reading Time: < 1 minute

MN Ag EXPO, co-sponsored by the Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA) and Minnesota Soybean Growers Association, will move to a virtual format this Jan. 20-21 due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions. Transitioning MN Ag EXPO 2021 to an online event was a difficult decision for both organizations, but the move was necessary to ensure the safety of attendees.

“One of our favorite parts of MN Ag EXPO is the opportunity to come together and catch up with our peers,” said MCGA President Tim Waibel. “While that will certainly be missed this year, we look forward to continuing to provide the same high quality speakers and opportunities to learn while keeping in mind the health and safety of all.”

Farmers can still look forward to a full agenda of educational opportunities over the two day show, including the latest in best management practices and research shaping the future of ag. Stay connected to MN Ag EXPO speaker announcements by subscribing to MCGA’s free newsletter, Leader Update, or visiting MNAgEXPO.com in the coming months.

Both MCGA and MSGA annual meetings will be held at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center on Jan. 20. The event will follow Center for Disease Control (CDC) COVID-19 guidelines. A virtual option will be available to members of both organizations who would like to attend. Check back at mncorn.org, or subscribe to Leader Update for additional updates.
