Video: Bringing candidates to the farm elevates ag issues

The recent Faribault County Corn and Soybean Growers plot day had a twofold mission earlier this month. It was an opportunity to share the latest crop insights from the 2020 growing season, and also provided a setting to have candidates out to learn about the issues impacting farmers in the region. Linder Farm Network came out to cover the latest candidate engagement effort through the “MN Corn Grows MN” campaign.
At the Faribault Plot Day, Sen. Julie Rosen, who is running unopposed in her district, attended the plot day and heard from farmers like MCGA director Harold Wolle about the importance of an E15 standard, Section 179 conformity and more.
