Speaker, Andy Zenk, to follow annual meeting

Speaker: Andy Zenk – AgCountry Succession and Retirement Planning Consultant

As a consultant with the Succession and Retirement Planning Department, Zenk guides operations through complex issues of business transition, succession, and estate planning, asset protection and business entity planning. Since 2007, Zenk has worked with countless operations, building plans unique to their specific goals and circumstances. His focus includes building a multi-faceted plan and assuring the financial, tax, legal and operational pieces of the plan properly fit together. Additionally, Zenk’s focus is making sure the customer understands and feels comfortable with the plan and that it continues to work for them as time goes on.

Zenk was raised in Montevideo. He completed his undergrad at the University of Minnesota – Duluth and holds a law degree with a business concentration from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School (Lansing, Michigan). He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, North Dakota and Minnesota.

Zenk resides in Glenwood, MN with his wife, Laurie, and their four children. Zenk serves the AgCountry branches in central and southern Minnesota as well as central Wisconsin and is currently based out of Morris.
