Join Minnesota Corn in Tent 702 to learn about the many ways Minnesota’s family corn farmers are building a more prosperous future for all Minnesotans.

Farmfest is back, and Minnesota Corn will once again be a can’t-miss stop at the annual agribusiness show in Redwood County, which is set for Aug. 1-3 at Gilfillan Estate near Morgan.

Join Minnesota Corn in Tent 702 at the corner of Seventh Street and Seed Row to learn how corn growers are driving innovation, supporting rural communities, and ensuring a prosperous future for farm families.

At the Minnesota Corn tent, growers who renew or sign up for a Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA) membership will receive an “Our family farm feeds and fuels the world” sign. All visitors to the Minnesota Corn tent can grab a free sample of delicious sweet corn ice cream, which is made exclusively for Farmfest by the University of Minnesota.

New this year, the Minnesota Corn tent will feature a flex fuel plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that runs on renewable biofuels like E85. The concept vehicle, a project of the Renewable Fuels Association, demonstrates how renewable ethanol and electricity can be complementary decarbonization solutions while providing increased consumer flexibility. It also shows the cost and greenhouse gas emissions reductions of higher-blend biofuels.

Each year, Farmfest brings together the best in agribusiness from Minnesota and across the U.S. Visitors can network with over 400 exhibitors showcasing the latest in agriculture; listen to political forums and debates; see displays that include farm machinery, livestock equipment, and thousands of ag products and services to assist farm operations; and much more.

Minnesota Corn is proud to participate in Farmfest each year as part of our mission to engage and support corn farmers and rural communities across the state. We look forward to another successful Farmfest and can’t wait to see you there! About Minnesota Corn

Minnesota Corn is comprised of two distinct organizations — the Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA) and the Minnesota Corn Research & Promotion Council (MCR&PC) — each with the shared mission of identifying and promoting opportunities for corn farmers while improving quality of life. With over 6,800 members, MCGA advocates on behalf of family corn farmers and rural communities to ensure their interests are represented in public policy discussions in St. Paul and Washington, D.C. In conjunction with MCGA, the MCR&PC invests Minnesota corn check-off funds in research, promotion, and outreach efforts that build public awareness and increase the sustainability, productivity, and profitability of corn production.
