MCGA Pre-Resolutions Session
Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
NEW LOCATION: Willmar Conference Center located at 240 23rd Street SE in Willmar, MN

The purpose of the MCGA pre-resolutions session is to complete proposed resolutions for final consideration by county delegates at the resolutions session during MN Ag EXPO, at the Verizon Wireless Center in Mankato on January 23, 2019.

Your participation is key to developing MCGA state and federal legislative policy and priorities. There are no shortage of issues at the state and federal level that affect corn growers, and this past year has been challenging. This is your opportunity to influence the direction of your organization.

Delegate Reception
For delegates who wish to arrive the night before, MCGA will host a county delegate reception on Tuesday, December 4 from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Willmar Conference Center.

County Delegates
Please list the delegates and alternates who will represent your county at the Pre-Resolutions Session on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. Names must be submitted by November 19, 2018.

One individual from each county organization should complete this form. Substitutions are allowed. MCGA state directors and MCR&PC members may serve as county delegates. Click here to see the maximum number of delegates allowed for each county organization.

Deadline to include county proposed resolution language in the book at the pre-resolution session: November 19, 2018.

Proposed changes will be accepted the day of the meeting; however, counties are encouraged to submit changes by the deadline above in order to have them included in the meeting handouts. It is recommended that at least one person from the county be present at the session to explain the proposed resolution language.
